About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interact with Card Issuing functions, including Global New Accounts and credit risk, and external telemarketing agencies
  • Monitor and optimize internal processes
  • Support approval rate analysis for Personal and Small Business application segments
  • Assist operational activities and deliver insights to support Global New Accounts decision-making
  • Monitor daily metrics and help prioritize team tasks
  • Support daily core activities
  • Produce internal and external reporting
  • Liaise with operations units

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree / degree completion or final degree project requirements as applicable
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems
  • Good communication and relational skills
  • Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide suggestions and recommendations for process improvement
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
  • For undergraduate students, university agreement to commit to 35 hours per week
  • Preferred: courses in industrial or organizational engineering or marketing operations
  • Preferred: experience in marketing operations
