About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own key workstreams supporting Resy brand, enterprise, and/or sponsorship programming from concept development through launch, execution, and wrap
- Partner with Resy and Amex marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for events and activations
- Manage day-to-day workstreams with external event production agencies
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate review processes and secure approvals
- Drive end-to-end event workstreams including ideation, partner curation and management, ticketing setup, production planning, guest experience, on-site execution, and post-event reporting
- Travel to and actively support events across U.S. cities, troubleshooting issues in real time
- Develop program proposals, production decks, run-of-show documents, spreadsheets, stakeholder updates, and event recaps
- Track event budgets and KPIs, maintain reporting, and translate results into recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or event production
- Demonstrated ownership of complex event workstreams
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience working in or closely with restaurants, hospitality venues, chefs, or other hospitality partners
- Strong understanding of the operational realities of live, dining-led experiences
- Demonstrated project management experience across multiple teams, partners, timelines, and priorities
- Experience translating brand and marketing objectives into consumer-facing experiences
- Confidence communicating with senior leaders and external partners
- Experience navigating legal, compliance, and/or other complex approval processes
- Strong presentation and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to travel to other U.S. cities approximately 25-30% of the time
- Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided
