About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the day-to-day management and strategic growth of Trip Cancel Guard, including product performance, customer experience, and priority initiatives
  • Analyze customer, operational, and marketing data to identify insights and recommendations to improve product performance
  • Lead and support critical product workstreams from planning through delivery, partnering across internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee issue resolution for product defects, customer pain points, complaints, and operational escalations
  • Develop and maintain reporting to monitor overall product health
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to achieve business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for improving experiences and solving pain points
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner across teams and influence decisions
  • Solutions-oriented critical thinker with strong business judgment
  • Prior experience in product management, travel, insurance, financial services, or customer experience preferred
