Develop analytical solutions and data products that improve targeting accuracy, personalization, and digital acquisition performance across the digital journey
Own end-to-end analyses focused on audience segmentation, experimentation, funnel optimization, and acquisition opportunities
Build and enhance models and decisioning strategies using American Express first-party data and digital intelligence capabilities
Apply emerging AI and GenAI techniques, including intelligent customer journey optimization, semantic modeling, and automated insights
Drive experimentation, performance measurement, and investment optimization by designing tests, evaluating results, and recommending improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement analytical solutions and ensure business impact
Synthesize insights and communicate findings and strategy implications to leaders and stakeholders
Champion innovation and continuous improvement through digital analytics, advanced modeling, GenAI use cases, and scalable data automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working through complex, ambiguous business questions
Experience building ML models such as XGBoost and K-Means
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL and Python, or similar
Ability to translate data into insights and clearly communicate recommendations to business partners
Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and influencing decisions through data-driven insights
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Visa sponsorship may be provided for certain positions depending on business requirements, cost, applicable laws, and other factors
