About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support definition of the Debit merchant acquirer product value proposition and customer experience
  • Shape long-term platform capabilities
  • Develop and manage execution of the Debit merchant acquiring product backlog and prioritization
  • Manage roadmaps, dependency assessment, sequencing, change-management strategy execution, and operational readiness
  • Ensure deliverables are met across business, technology, and operational workstreams
  • Work with strategic partners to align, develop, and prioritize the Debit merchant acquiring backlog and roadmap
  • Support interactions with network and merchant acquiring/payments acquiring ecosystem partners
  • Drive solution design, testing, and deployment readiness
  • Monitor progress against delivery plans and identify risks and dependencies
  • Help develop mitigation plans
  • Embed processes, controls, and governance frameworks for scalable, sustainable delivery
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and mentor junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in card-based payments including acquiring capabilities, network operations and/or transaction processing
  • Strong preference for U.S. Debit transaction acquiring experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional delivery programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and meet ambitious deadlines
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical and business units
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic opportunities, prioritize, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to enterprise goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced degree preferred
