About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise TBM and portfolio management ecosystem
- Lead product discovery with enterprise stakeholders to gather requirements, build consensus, and translate them into scalable cross-platform solutions
- Drive automation and optimization across the interconnected TBM and portfolio management ecosystem
- Develop understanding of end-to-end supply, demand, and delivery workflows to design scalable integrated solutions
- Enhance Total Cost of Ownership methodologies to improve financial transparency and portfolio insights
- Create actionable portfolio insights, reporting, and dashboards for executive and operational stakeholders
- Enable scenario planning through integrated planning and operational data
- Integrate demand, workforce, financial, operational, and delivery systems into a connected portfolio ecosystem
- Improve system integrations, data quality, and process consistency across planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance
- Establish trusted, governed, AI-ready data foundations
- Partner with Data & AI teams to enable AI-powered insights, forecasting, prioritization, productivity measurement, and governance
- Deliver portfolio insights supporting executive decision-making and strategic investment planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Technology Business Management, Portfolio Management, or related disciplines
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise technology platforms
- Demonstrated ability to shape data strategy that produces AI-ready data
- Experience identifying and operationalizing AI-augmented business use cases
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology, finance, product, and engineering organizations
- Experience translating complex business problems into scalable technology solutions
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile product management methodologies and roadmap planning
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with ApptioOne, Apptio Targetprocess, or comparable Technology Business Management platforms
- Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Technology Business Management (TBM), and portfolio investment planning
- Experience leading enterprise platform transformations and technology modernization initiatives
- Experience driving organizational change and user adoption for enterprise products
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities, automation, and data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a customer-centric mindset
