About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and manage enterprise platforms and frameworks for Process Management, Case Management, and Work Management
- Design, develop, and support shared technology services used by the enterprise
- Serve as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices
- Write code and unit tests, working with API specifications and automation
- Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies
- Create solutions that automate repeatable, multistep business transactions
- Understand operations-team problem statements and develop Process Management, Case Management, and Work Management solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical field
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Experience in Process Management, Case Management, and Work Management is required
- Hands-on experience in some or all of: Java, React, Envoy, gRPC, JSON, CouchBase, Cassandra, Redis, Consul, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Drools, Elastic Stack, Kafka, Spark, RPA, Git, RDBMS such as Postgres SQL, Springboot, multi-threaded programming, Maven, Gradle, and JUnit is preferred
- Experience in Automations, Cognitive OCR, and AI/ML driving cost savings is preferred
- Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions
- Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
- Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale platforms with high resiliency, availability, and reliability
- Strong experience in applications with high throughput and performance
- Experience with microservices architectures and service mesh technologies is preferred
