- Use sound judgment to determine exposure and the best course of action
- Minimize claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive experience for policyholders
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
- Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Clearly record and communicate claims activity for smooth resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal auto claims processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient with technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with a “street-smart” mindset
- Demonstrated expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is Required
