About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Guide customers through the initial claims process with clarity and empathy
- Enter and maintain confidential customer information accurately
- Resolve routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues when needed
- Meet expectations for quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Assist Creole-speaking customers as needed in a primarily English-speaking role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English and Creole is required
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear, confident phone communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Comfortable handling professional phone conversations in both languages throughout the day
- Schedule availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus rotating Saturdays
