About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to executive leadership
- Prepare and summarize information to support decision-making
- Manage communications and office operations
- Represent the executive or leadership team in meetings and interactions with stakeholders
- Coordinate administrative, logistical, and human resources activities
- Apply organizational policies and procedures to support business objectives
- Provide guidance and leadership to volunteers
- Maintain the executive's calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and visits to field or operating units
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare meeting agendas
- Assist in planning and coordinating high-level meetings
- Prepare presentations, memos, reports, and correspondence for the executive's signature or on behalf of the executive
- Review correspondence for consistency with organizational policies and practices
- Conduct research and perform analytical tasks related to operational issues and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate special projects and compile results or findings from multiple departments
- Screen and prioritize calls for the executive and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Coordinate office activities and communications on behalf of the executive
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Prior experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- May require some travel
