About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive, record, and follow up on requests for project creation, NTP issuance, and preparation of contracts and agreements for ATC telecommunications sites.
Register opportunities in Siterra, Salesforce, Tracker, Insite, or other applicable corporate systems, ensuring project traceability.
Review requests for complete technical site information and verify contractual rights and billing conditions against the applicable Master Agreement.
Interpret and apply contractual provisions, including terms, renewals, lease rates, commercial arrangements, payment terms, and special clauses.
Advise Leasing APM, Sales, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments on contractual agreements and technical and financial implications.
Provide technical documentation for contractual annexes, including site layouts, elevation drawings, and colocation forms.
Verify pricing information and analyze MLAs, rights-of-use assignments, EPAs, reservations, and acceptance certificates.
Monitor requests through status reports, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Identify irregular or unauthorized equipment installations and initiate review and analysis.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Participate in development, testing, and continuous improvement of internal systems and tools.
Represent the department in internal and external meetings when required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in feasibility analysis, contract management, leasing, or telecommunications projects.
Experience in technical site analysis and/or telecommunications infrastructure contract management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with corporate systems such as Siterra, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Advanced Spanish.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong functional and technical expertise.
