About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and standardize platform administration practices across applications
  • Define and enforce configuration management standards across development, test, and production environments
  • Design and standardize CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, environment orchestration, and release practices
  • Architect and implement automation frameworks to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage complex deployments, upgrades, and patching, including release planning, rollback strategies, and production-readiness validation
  • Oversee environment health, performance, integration stability, risk mitigation, operability, automation, and observability
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting of platform, configuration, and integration issues using logs, data flows, and system architecture knowledge
  • Drive root cause elimination and structural improvements to prevent recurring issues
  • Contribute to DevOps and operational maturity initiatives
  • Define and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability practices
  • Improve ITIL-aligned processes for operational efficiency and risk management
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to embed operability, scalability, and supportability into system design and delivery pipelines
  • Maintain operational standards and documentation, including runbooks, configuration baselines, deployment models, and automation frameworks
  • Mentor and guide Associate and Base-level analysts
  • Drive initiatives that improve platform stability, reduce operational overhead, and standardize administration practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in application administration, middleware platform operations, or DevOps-oriented roles
  • Proven expertise in MuleSoft, Tomcat, WebLogic, and ODI middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of application integrations and distributed system architectures
  • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release engineering practices
  • Hands-on experience with Shell, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting and automation tools
  • Strong understanding and practical application of ITIL frameworks, including change, configuration, release, and problem management
  • Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple applications, integrations, and dependencies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex cross-system and configuration issues
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in English
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts, operational standards, and governance practices
