About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage payroll administration, including payroll processing, record maintenance, tax compliance, and reporting
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits-related employee inquiries
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for payroll expenses
  • Analyze payroll data and trends to identify cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and implement employee engagement activities aligned with regional calendars and guidelines
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to streamline processes and maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations, leaves of absence, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor laws and regulations affecting payroll, benefits, and compensation
  • Replicate strategic HR programs supporting employee engagement, development, and retention
  • Provide reporting and analysis on turnover, exit data, recruiting, and related areas
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations
  • Partner with the Wellness Center of Excellence on wellness programs and initiatives
  • Safeguard personal information under data privacy law, company policies, and department processes
  • Act as HR liaison with external auditors and ATC, reconcile discrepancies, enhance controls and procedures, and support accurate reporting
  • Coordinate with CAS/LatAm HR Analysts to align processes, share best practices, and execute regional HR initiatives across multiple countries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics or related field
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
  • Advanced English preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to engage all levels of the organization and contribute to multiple teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with Oracle preferred, and payroll software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting remote leaders and employee groups, with demonstrated success building strong relationships
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
