About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct daily quality control checks on production associates using random sampling, guidelines, procedures, and system tools
Participate in QA calibration opportunities and align with State QA requirements
Assist in team chats as needed
Perform comprehensive quality reviews and audit inspections of call center processes
Audit Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance for state contracts
Provide clear, analytical feedback on areas for improvement
Share findings and trends
Perform additional assigned duties
Handle calls during peak volumes as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of call center or Quality Assurance experience
Microsoft tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship
Successful completion of a background check and drug test
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Ability to work occasional overtime
Ability to work Saturday shifts based on business needs
