About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize, modify, and support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino
  • Create, implement, and maintain dashboards, workflows, system setup, and access
  • Improve loan-system operational efficiency by reviewing processes and identifying improvements
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external business applications, including core banking and financial apps
  • Support nCino/Salesforce administrative needs
  • Maintain, install, and deploy system component upgrades
  • Ensure system components work properly together
  • Write code for moderate enhancements and correct defects
  • Troubleshoot user-reported problems and analyze and isolate issues
  • Recommend future upgrades
  • Assist IT with system security and user availability
  • Evaluate and modify system performance
  • Identify end-user needs and efficiency opportunities
  • Maintain system integrity
  • Evaluate and implement new technology and system improvements
  • Implement and integrate secure mobile solutions
  • Create and monitor vendor support cases
  • Partner with other IT departments to address business needs
  • Coach and teach end users on effective system usage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-6 years of experience in banking information services or equivalent successful experience in a similar controls industry required
  • 5-6 years of experience as a software developer, application administrator or equivalent role required
  • Direct Salesforce engineer experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field required
  • Salesforce certifications Admin + one additional Salesforce, FSC or nCino certifications preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software
  • Ability to write code, including triggers, Apex, Java or Java snippets, and correct code defects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems, gather and analyze information, and develop alternative solutions
  • Ability to respond promptly to customer needs and questions
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Sound and accurate judgment
  • Accuracy and thoroughness
