About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of day-to-day field and customer service operations for a Main Street Renewal branch office
- Manage customer service, maintenance, and renovation/turnover departments
- Manage and retain staff, provide training, meet company KPIs, and evaluate profit and loss performance
- Audit homes in the field to ensure quality standards and policy compliance
- Oversee maintenance scheduling, resident inquiries, escalations, reputation management, and open work orders
- Maintain communication with HOA partners and attend or schedule HOA hearings
- Oversee community management, inspections, violations reporting, vendor management, and builder management
- Attend eviction hearings, oversee occupancy checks, and schedule lockouts when necessary
- Train staff and enforce company policies and procedures using corporate reporting and audits
- Monitor repair quality for initial, turnover, and retail homes through inspections, reports, and marketing photos
- Manage inventory of self-showing locking devices
- Perform and schedule securing inspections for potential scam or squatter issues and manage resolution and repairs
- Review KPIs, coach performance, and manage branch NOI
- Handle employee training, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews
- Lead or participate in projects to improve business operations
- Enforce health and safety rules and applicable local, state, and federal laws
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 3-5 years as a Regional or District Manager with an emphasis on maintenance, renovation, customer service, and asset management
- Management experience with a minimum of two managers with at least five direct reports on each manager’s team
- Successful financial management experience, including profit and loss reports and budgets required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Real Estate License for local market preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as project and tenant management systems
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
