About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement learning experiences across eLearning, microlearning, video, job aids, and performance support tools
- Conduct learning and performance needs assessments and translate findings into learning strategies, curricula, and measurable objectives
- Craft end-to-end, human-centered learning journeys
- Apply adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's taxonomy, design thinking, behavioral science, and UX best practices
- Partner with subject matter experts and process owners to capture content, validate accuracy, and structure complex information
- Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments
- Build and edit multimedia content including interactive eLearning, video, audio, motion graphics, and visual design assets
- Manage content deployment through LMS/LXP platforms and track learner engagement, completion, and performance outcomes
- Evaluate and iterate on learning experiences using feedback, analytics, and Kirkpatrick model business-impact measures
- Apply AI tools to accelerate content development, personalization, and analysis while maintaining quality, accuracy, and learner trust
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Stay current on learning science, design innovation, and learning technology trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, UX Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end learning solutions across multiple modalities
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Cloud, LMS/LXP platforms, and collaboration tools
- Demonstrated command of instructional design methodology, learning assessment, and evaluation practice
- Solid understanding of UX principles, learning analytics, and performance-centered design
- Excellent writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience designing leadership, onboarding, or compliance curricula at enterprise scale is preferred
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives is preferred
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 and inclusive design is preferred
- Working familiarity with AI-assisted design and content tools is preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or JavaScript is a plus
- Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or learning measurement (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is desirable
- Exposure and experience with WalkMe or other digital adoption tools is a plus
