Key responsibilities & impact

Mentor new recruiters
Source, interview, and fill contract positions
Establish positive relationships with clinicians
Educate clinicians on the current travel industry
Collaborate with internal partners to improve candidate presentations and support placement and revenue targets
Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician network
Make independent decisions to fulfill production standards
Coach recruiter trainees on consultative sales approaches and industry knowledge
Contribute expertise and strategies in team meetings
Model standard processes for new employees
Run weekly productivity reports using the internal applicant tracking system
Plan prospecting strategies and contact candidates to expand the qualified travel clinician network
Interpret market and industry trends to advise candidates on job-search strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Experience in inside sales or recruitment
Healthcare staffing experience
Leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with Salesforce
Detail-oriented
Customer-oriented
Effective communication skills
Leadership skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
Ability to work in an office/home office environment
