About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and provide analytics covering orders, candidate supply, pipeline, financials, quality, compensation, timecard, billing, and client-related reporting.
Provide day-to-day reporting for direct lines of business across front-, mid-, and back-office functions.
Provide insight into delivery of clinician- and physician-related services.
Develop strong working relationships with division leadership, functional business leaders, and domain experts.
Deliver business recommendations based on analytics using strong written and verbal communication.
Identify opportunities to use analytics and reporting toolsets to influence decision-making and achieve business objectives.
Use Lean Six Sigma techniques and process improvement methodologies.
Automate measurement of internal turnaround times and compare them with SLAs and benchmarks/baselines.
Manage process improvement initiatives within agreed-upon time frames.
Work across functional silos to deliver improvements and conduct regular process reviews.
Develop and maintain recurring performance and compensation reporting for the sales team from branch management to senior leadership.
Work with collaborators to operationalize reporting and impact the organization.
Build enterprise-level Power BI decks using Power Platform, Power Automate, Snow Schema, Star Schema, SQL, and Python.

Requirements

What you’ll need

This role doesn't provide sponsorship.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience | Preferred.
MSFT certifications PL-300, or equivalent are a plus.
At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in business analysis.
At least 4 years of recent experience in Power BI is a must.
Intermediate understanding of the Microsoft Fabric Landscape.
Intermediate experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cortex Code, etc.).
Intelligence, thoughtfulness, and critical thinking in turning data into insight, with the ability to use it within the business to drive value and results.
Solid grasp of Microsoft Power Platform best practices and process improvement methodologies.
Ability to implement and translate between business and IT needs.
Excellent analytical and modeling skills with a proven track record of applying sophisticated financial, statistical, and predictive-related principles.
Being able to write functional requirement specifications for application improvements is a plus.
