About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned to brand, campaign, and business priorities
  • Manage and maintain social content calendars across multiple channels and audiences
  • Translate marketing campaigns and business initiatives into platform-specific social content
  • Create platform-native content including short-form video, graphics, and copy
  • Partner with internal teams to source stories, subject matter experts, and content opportunities
  • Ensure content reflects brand voice, visual standards, and messaging consistency
  • Monitor and engage with audiences across social platforms
  • Support reputation management by identifying and escalating sensitive or high-risk interactions
  • Foster community growth and strengthen audience relationships
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize content and strategy
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing, brand, recruitment marketing, and communications teams
  • Collaborate with external partners or agencies as needed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on social media trends, best practices, and platform innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience in Marketing
  • Experience developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns preferred
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Later
  • Strong experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Deep understanding of short-form video trends and social-first storytelling
  • Experience with community management and online reputation engagement
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong visual and content creation skills
  • Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Ability to effectively use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools while adhering to company policies and responsible AI practices
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
