About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain project plans, Figma boards, Smartsheet trackers, and meeting agendas as the source of truth
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and next steps
  • Capture meeting notes, synthesize action items, and maintain follow-up
  • Coordinate cross-unit and cross-team documentation and communications
  • Track deliverables across meetings and project stages
  • Flag gaps, delays, and risks to ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Resolve minor bottlenecks, such as missing assets, within 24 hours or less
  • Establish and enforce file naming conventions and folder hierarchies
  • Maintain strict version control across platforms
  • Partner with Design to keep asset information complete and assets moving through the pipeline on time
  • Escalate potential blockers or delays to the Senior Project Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder communication
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, education, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks, follow up independently, and suggest process improvements
  • Interest in education and eagerness to contribute to K-12 curriculum development
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check required if selected
  • May be required to provide proof of vaccination or submit to enhanced background screening
  • Ability to travel to Amplify headquarters in New York for in-person onboarding or periodically during employment as required
