About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the COO to operationalize Amplify’s cross-functional transformation vision
  • Re-engineer core processes and workstreams by embedding advanced capabilities and automation into workflows
  • Consolidate function-level initiatives into a unified enterprise framework
  • Establish an evidence-based framework to prioritize transformation initiatives and determine which scale
  • Track capability build-outs and ensure technology integration and transformation milestones remain on schedule
  • Support the Global Process Ownership framework for end-to-end value streams including Idea to Launch, Quote to Cash, Plan to Deliver, and Source to Pay
  • Convene executive stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, CX, and Supply Chain to diagnose bottlenecks and resolve handoff friction
  • Support transition of the business systems function into an agile, CIO-driven operating model
  • Hold process owners accountable for ROI on automation and technology investments
  • Lead, design, and launch urgent, complex enterprise initiatives and organizational change efforts
  • Build initial operating models, achieve steady-state execution, hand off to permanent operational owners, and move to the next bottleneck
  • Act as the COO’s strategic eyes and ears across top-priority initiatives
  • Manage critical dependencies and ensure executive commitments are executed
  • Support establishment and cascade of multi-year and annual enterprise goals
  • Optimize senior leadership operations and design Run the Business agenda topics
  • Enforce pre-read standards and accountability for decision follow-through
  • Build and maintain the Monthly Business Review framework and Executive Leadership Team Operating Book
  • Synthesize operational metrics and initiative tracking into actionable business intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Management Consulting with executive-level exposure
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation programs across multi-functional organizations
  • Demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering using modern technologies, AI, and automation
  • Proven history of owning and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion
  • Comfortable operating without a playbook and creating structure out of ambiguity
  • Ability to constructively hold executive peers accountable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous information into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-person presence in the New York City office
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required
  • 12+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Background check required if selected
