About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage Health Care Professionals by telephone to promote assigned client products and maximize product selling potential
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and educate them about product features, benefits, safety profile and approved indications
  • Use approved tools for product promotion and maintain product, program and customer activity knowledge
  • Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
  • Promote client products through outbound and/or inbound calls and conduct in-depth product discussions with assigned HCP targets
  • Profile and manage targeted HCP lists and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
  • Maintain required call productivity and metrics
  • Achieve quarterly client sales quotas
  • Communicate persuasively using approved messaging and promotional aids
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and programs
  • Enter and verify information in Amplity/client CRM systems, including target responses, call activity, product orders and follow-up actions
  • Listen and respond to customer needs and questions within program timelines
  • Collaborate with client field sales account managers and sales managers on territory coverage
  • Prepare management reports as needed
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions and applicable national or local conventions
  • Report to the Amplity Sales Manager or Program Director
  • Work with program team members and Amplity home-office support
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and client contacts
  • Complete other assigned projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of previous sales and/or customer engagement experience with proven record of success
  • Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed
  • Account and territory management experience preferred
  • Inside Sales or Contact Center experience preferred
  • Aesthetics experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech, professional demeanor and excellent phone manner
  • Strong customer support and service focus
  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information over the telephone
  • Strong rapport building and active listening skills
  • Selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Ability to successfully complete projects and assignments
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and maintain technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels inside and outside the company

  • Must be able to drive to and around customer offices within the assigned region during field sales activities
