About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster positive relationships with internal Client teams, agencies of record, and external third-party vendors
  • Manage fulfillment for Direct to Sales Rep (DTR) and Direct to Physician (DTP) programs across multiple brands
  • Support Direct Mail campaigns
  • Oversee print and field asset management on multiple ordering platforms for consumer programs across brands
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Lead print distribution, quantity planning, timelines, logistics, and product launches for print assets
  • Facilitate and manage team meetings
  • Develop operational reports and track program performance against KPIs
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, IT, and distribution teams on product launches, CRM setup, and inventory management
  • Ensure asset re-reviews adhere to Compliance and Regulatory standards and approval
  • Manage warehouse systems and special shipments to Sales Representatives and Field Personnel
  • Analyze operations and metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements
  • Create, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Excel reports for operational insights and performance tracking
  • Conduct monthly inventory review meetings with Marketing Teams, Leaders, and internal stakeholders
  • Forecast quantities for initial ordering and replenishment based on previous utilization
  • Recommend literature replenishment quantities based on current item utilization forecasting reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in project management, print and logistics fulfillment, or program implementation
  • Experience in Fulfillment Operations is a plus, including Direct Mail, Direct to Rep, or Direct to Physician
  • Minimum at-home requirement of High-Speed Cable Internet or Fiber Optic Cable to ensure ability to work remotely from home as required by business need
  • Ability to travel up to 3x/year
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting to Brand Managers and Leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience in fulfillment operations is a plus
  • Proven proficiency in a teamwork setting
  • Expert ability in managing details to ensure quality and compliance adherence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports
  • Knowledge of print distribution, quantity planning, logistics, product launches, inventory management, forecasting, and fulfillment operations
