About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and partners
- Manage fulfillment for Direct to Rep Programs across multiple brands
- Oversee print and field asset management for consumer programs, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead print distribution, quantity planning, and direct mail initiatives, including timelines, logistics, and launches
- Facilitate team meetings, develop operational reports, and track program performance against KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and distribution teams on product launches, CRM setup, and inventory management
- Manage vendor relationships, program escalations, and stakeholder reporting
- Ensure asset re-reviews adhere to FUSE approval and regulatory standards
- Handle help desk tickets, FUSE Field Mobile updates, and compliance tools
- Manage My Rep Center, warehouse systems, and special shipments, including rework projects
- Align logistics, literature codes, and brand codes with distribution and field operations teams
- Oversee convention orders, manifests, and National Sales Meeting material distribution
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Conduct monthly inventory review meetings and review inventory reports and dashboard metrics
- Forecast and plan quantities for initial ordering and replenishment based on utilization
- Manage destructions and material re-reviews
- Recommend literature replenishment quantities based on forecasting reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with Fulfillment operations (DM, DTP and DTR) project implementations
- Experience managing a minimum of 3 implementations simultaneously
- Minimum at-home requirement of High-Speed Cable Internet or Fiber Optic Cable
- Ability to attend and participate in the yearly NSM and/or offsite launch meetings as required
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities concurrently
- Effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Pharmaceutical industry experience in fulfillment operations
- Proven proficiency in a teamwork setting
- Expert ability in managing details to ensure quality and compliance adherence
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through on escalations
