About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Foster strategic partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders
  • Deliver solution-oriented communication about assigned products’ clinical benefits, safety profile, and approved indications
  • Leverage approved tools and resources to promote product adoption, build market share, and enhance customer engagement
  • Achieve or exceed territory sales objectives and revenue targets
  • Manage daily sales activities and performance
  • Identify, profile, and maintain a strategic focus on targeted HCPs
  • Develop and execute territory business plans
  • Engage customers compliantly using selling, listening, and negotiation skills and approved promotional resources
  • Record and verify daily sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Address customer inquiries and needs
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and the Client
  • Prepare detailed reports for management
  • Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, PDMA Guidelines, and Sample Administrative Agreements
  • Participate in national, regional, and district meetings and training sessions
  • Represent the Client at relevant conventions or conferences when applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required; greater than 4 years preferred
  • Buy and bill experience is a plus
  • Neurology experience desired
  • Limited distribution model experience preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key HCPs and practices
  • Account management experience
  • A record of consistent top sales performance
  • Strong technical skills and computer proficiency
  • Willingness to cover a large geography as needed
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Experience analyzing data and market trends
  • Ability to work with HCPs at various levels in an engaging and influential manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly collaborative and a relationships cultivator
  • Ability to proactively identify potential challenges and find effective solutions
  • Ability to align strategies and resources to achieve sales objectives
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Customer-focused and committed to understanding and addressing the needs of assigned accounts
  • Effective working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Successfully complete all required Amplity, client, and product training programs
  • May be required to submit and maintain credentials, training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation for facility access
  • Must comply with facility requirements outlined in call plans
