About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of education programs and learning resources
  • Partner with Clinical leadership and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop education solutions
  • Build collaborative relationships with center leadership, clinical teams, operations teams, and corporate stakeholders
  • Integrate evidence-based practices, industry standards, and organizational priorities into education programs
  • Support quality improvement through education, training, and dissemination of best practices
  • Coordinate education initiatives and partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve program objectives
  • Support development and facilitation of education programs and learning experiences
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
  • Assess stakeholder needs and use feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics to improve programs and delivery methods
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance education plans, resources, toolkits, and online learning content
  • Communicate program progress, opportunities, challenges, and outcomes to Clinical Quality leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team on education content, annual training, competency programs, and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate education-related projects and initiatives, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and objectives are achieved

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in education, training, or professional development, including prior experience working in a clinical setting
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical education experience, including curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and improve learning programs across multiple locations
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Creative and problem-solving skills to accommodate contemporary learners’ needs
  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects from planning through implementation and evaluation
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups and support a diverse workforce
  • Ability to use metrics to drive continued program improvement
  • Prior experience leading programs, projects, or teams preferred
