About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the full cycle of preparing technical and commercial proposals for energy utilities and other clients
Distribute and prioritize team requests, set deadlines, review deliverables, and provide technical guidance
Analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, technical specifications, draft contracts, and procurement regulations
Define scope, technical solution, timelines, assumptions, exclusions, and risks with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Procurement, Tax, Legal, and Sales teams
Prepare and consolidate proposals, pricing spreadsheets, schedules, declarations, and appendices
Structure costs, BDI, margin, freight, payment terms, price adjustments, and scenarios
Calculate the taxes applicable to products and services
Keep registrations and prequalification records up to date and submit proposals through procurement platforms
Prepare clarifications and participate in negotiations and reverse auctions within approved limits
Assess contractual risks, guarantees, penalties, risk matrices, and invoicing terms
Track the pipeline, deadlines, status, values, results, and conversion rate, reporting to the Executive Board
Maintain an organized and valid library of standard documents
Transfer the scope, assumptions, prices, and risks of winning proposals to Contract Management and Operations
Monitor tenders, pricing, competitors, and regulatory changes, proposing continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, associate degree, postgraduate qualification, or technical education
English proficiency
Advanced knowledge of digital tax tools
Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax routines
Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Websupplier, and proprietary portals
Knowledge of pricing, direct and indirect costs, BDI, margin, freight, payment terms, and price adjustments
Knowledge of taxes such as ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, and tax substitution
Ability to analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, technical specifications, contracts, and procurement regulations
Ability to coordinate technical and commercial proposals for energy utilities
Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ)
