About the role

  • Create and manage project plans for marketing and event activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working, planning or managing events
  • Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good work ethic and time management
  • Proven skill with word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Ability to travel by car and plane for events as needed
  • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions; sitting, standing, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • TN status supported for eligible Canadian and Mexican professionals; no H-1B or other petition-based visa sponsorship
