About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, audit, calculate, and process weekly timesheets from Traveling Healthcare Professionals, Vendor Management Systems, and/or Facilities
  • Ensure timecards populate correctly and process payroll promptly and accurately through ADP and Salesforce
  • Audit additional pay deductions and reimbursements
  • Run payroll processes in Salesforce and send reminder emails for manager approvals
  • Manage contractual additional pay items such as travel reimbursements
  • Escalate pay or rate discrepancies immediately
  • Provide customer service to external employees and resolve payroll inquiries
  • Maintain internal relationships through professional communication and teamwork
  • Ensure accurate employee onboarding and rehiring in ADP, verifying hiring documentation via Xenqu
  • Serve as first point of contact for payroll-related calls and inquiries
  • Manage payroll, texting, and voicemail inboxes
  • Complete assigned projects and reports
  • Uphold compliance and accuracy across multiple systems while adapting to changing priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Healthcare Travel Staffing Payroll (multistate) and ADP WFN
  • ADP experience required
  • ADP WFN experience preferred
  • Medical staffing/agency experience preferred
  • Healthcare Staffing VMS experience preferred
  • Multistate experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required
  • Detail-oriented and able to shift focus as needed
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • May need to be available to float the observation of holidays dependent on payroll deadlines
