About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run discovery with managing partners, office managers, and operational staff; observe work and prioritize worthwhile changes.
  • Segment stakeholders by AI adoption level and plan differently for each group.
  • Create one-page implementation plans covering decisions, owners, order, and blockers.
  • Evaluate Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and vertical AI tools based on their actual capabilities.
  • Guide AI setup with client IT teams within existing rules and policies.
  • Write and enforce AI use policies, clean up file permissions, and assign licenses appropriately.
  • Scope engineering builds and coordinate Andes Path engineering pods without implementing the builds directly.
  • Teach clients in person using their own documents, including how AI tools fail and require verification.
  • Direct the Chile support desk's training agenda and convert recurring questions into educational resources.
  • Track adoption person by person and identify who needs assistance.
  • Run a high-trust role with significant scope, autonomy, and impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in product management, implementation, solutions consulting, or a similar role where you owned discovery and prioritization with stakeholders who did not report to you.
  • Daily, hands-on use of current AI tools.
  • Built real workflows with AI tools for yourself and others, and can distinguish a demo from a thing that works.
  • Technically fluent; able to hold your own with an IT director, read an integration diagram, and follow a permissions conversation.
  • Comfortable not writing production code.
  • Teaching ability; comfortable in front of a room and on a screen share.
  • Plain written and spoken English; short sentences and no jargon.
  • Based in or near Chicago, able to be on client sites most weeks.
  • Time inside a law firm, accounting firm, medical practice, or construction company, especially in operations or legal ops. (Nice to have.)
  • Change-management training, such as Prosci. (Nice to have.)
  • Spanish for working with the Chile team. (Nice to have.)
