Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US-based teams.
4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design).
Experience building and operating backend systems, including designing APIs, working with cloud infrastructure, and building performant, reliable, and maintainable services.
Comfort working across the stack and productivity in TypeScript, even if it is not the primary language.
Track record of owning projects from initial design through implementation, launch, and ongoing support.
Pragmatic and product-minded approach to solving real problems with clean, well-engineered solutions.
