About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and mentor a regional team of SAP analysts
Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through execution
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP modules
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Ensure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with business processes
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other required tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3-5+ years of SAP experience
Strong working knowledge of SAP modules
Proven track record of leading SAP-related projects
Knowledge of SAP functional areas: S4/Hana, BW, BI, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM, and other interfaces
Prior experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Excellent English skills, verbal and written
Ability to manage time and prioritize projects with little supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and organized, structured work habits
Ability to work with a virtual team in an international environment
Experience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
