About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead OT risk assessments and gap analyses, and develop a multi-year OT security roadmap
Architect and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environments
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security tools
Build systems supporting automation, visibility, and threat detection across information security and infrastructure teams
Independently drive security initiatives and foster a security-first mindset
Work closely with factory production teams to review designs and use cases, ensuring environments are secure by design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with routing, switching, and network design principles
Familiarity with zero trust architecture and segmentation strategies for OT networks
Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews for OT/ICS environments
Experience with threat modeling frameworks, including MITRE ATT&CK for ICS
Experience programming in one or more general-purpose languages such as Python, Go, or Rust
Experience developing and implementing defensive controls in corporate and industrial production environments
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects
Participation in or support of incident response events
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred: familiarity with OT protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and Ethernet/IP
Preferred: experience with ICS/SCADA vendor platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Honeywell
Preferred: experience building bespoke solutions in high-growth, high-complexity network environments
Preferred: strong experience with Linux operating systems
