About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct telephone screenings and gather required information

- Navigate various computer applications while assisting customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Residing in Texas
- Available Monday to Sunday from 7am to 8pm
- Quiet, home office space free of distractions
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer navigation proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- Minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
- Ethernet connection preferred, or secure Wi-Fi (WPA2 with strong password)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the US
- Willing to consent to a background check
