About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Increase sales and customer satisfaction while supporting private practice orthodontists within the Northwest U.S. region
  • Build customer relationships, identify needed solutions, and think commercially
  • Drive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue within a defined area
  • Develop, maintain, and advance existing accounts and prospects
  • Create a customer experience focused on customers’ growth goals
  • Identify, target, and convert prospect accounts and new business with private practice orthodontists
  • Prepare and maintain territory business plans, sales forecasts, and a sales promotion activity budget
  • Assess current performance and forecast when change is necessary
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications on marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives
  • Attend and represent Angel Aligner North America at customer events as required
  • Stay current on clinical studies and scientific papers supporting Angel Aligner product benefits
  • Travel frequently, including overnight travel, for customer visits and industry and corporate events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets
  • Prior aligner sales experience with Orthodontists as the principal point of contact
  • Proficiency in consultative selling; knowledge of the Challenger technique or related method preferred
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate desired
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional team members and independently
  • Integrity, high ethics, and adherence to professional codes of conduct
  • Ability to deliver highly complex information in a clear, structured, and compelling manner
  • General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and maintained auto insurance coverage
  • Authorization to work in the United States
