Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience supervising, training, or guiding team members and volunteers
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to track inventory
  • Knowledge of cycle counts, barcode scanning, and shipping/receiving workflows
  • Clear verbal and written skills to give instructions and coordinate with management
  • Ability to fix shipping errors, workflow bottlenecks, or inventory mismatches quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to minimize errors in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work through workflow issues or employee conflicts
  • Experience with KPIs and performance tracking
  • Ability to adhere to OSHA standards
