About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Ensure quality, governance, and alignment with strategic objectives
- Map, analyze, and redesign processes related to projects
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Promote process standardization, documentation, and traceability
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Analyze project and process performance metrics and data
- Anticipate risks and propose solutions
- Support business areas in structuring workflows, management routines, and operating models
- Contribute to operational efficiency and value creation for the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Experience with project and portfolio management tools and process documentation
- Ability to develop schedules, metrics, executive reports, and process maps (AS IS / TO BE)
- Knowledge of governance, standardization, and documentation for projects and processes
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.
