About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Managed Services client relationships and serve as a main client contact
  • Ensure delivered services align with client business goals and requirements
  • Provide regular client updates and develop communication paths supporting client service and business development
  • Drive internal initiatives with clients, including tool usage and survey responses
  • Manage client health and create corrective steps as needed
  • Act as client advocate, escalation resource, and trusted advisor
  • Collect client feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal ANM teams to ensure customer success
  • Create and present business reviews aligned with client goals and expectations
  • Coordinate with solutions architects and account managers to identify account expansion opportunities
  • Support renewals and escalate contracts to leadership before expiration
  • Assist with scoping new opportunities and proposals
  • Manage the client lifecycle, including true-ups and onboarding/offboarding of services
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver against Managed Services Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain client documentation using company tools and processes
  • Serve as account expert for Managed Services and potential client needs
  • Manage high-priority incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience working as a service provider delivering technology services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including use of Excel and PowerPoint and ability to manipulate and analyze data
  • Strong presentation skills; development and presentation of content
  • Ability to manage multiple sites, people and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of IT services, products, and IT consulting
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance
  • Preferred: 5+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Preferred: Background in IT service and product delivery
  • Preferred: IT Managed Services experience
  • Preferred: Expert-level skills using managed services toolsets and productivity applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ScienceLogic
