About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support provider compensation and general FP&A functions under the FP&A Manager
Calculate monthly provider earnings
Prepare and distribute monthly provider earnings reports
Respond to provider compensation-related inquiries
Analyze company results, identify trends, and make recommendations to leaders
Investigate revenue and expense variances, assess financial risk, and recommend corrective action
Analyze clinic-level costs, including medical supplies and overhead, and identify savings
Work with Regional Directors on forecasts, reports, ad hoc analysis, and growth strategy
Extract and interpret financial and operational data
Build the Annual Budget
Evaluate opportunities, calculate ROI, and provide financial recommendations
Support strategic initiatives, track results, and raise problems early
Prepare reports, analyses, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders
Partner with accounting to maintain accurate, complete, and compliant financial reporting
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years in FP&A
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
Experience building budgets, forecasts, or driver-based models from a blank sheet
Expert Excel skills, including dynamic scenarios, linking multiple data sources, and auditable model structures
Ability to check work accurately and implement controls to prevent recurring errors
Ability to deliver correct work on tight deadlines and state assumptions when data is incomplete
Ability to define problems, set priorities, and escalate appropriately
Ability to explain results to senior leaders in plain terms and defend numbers under direct questioning
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality
Preferred but not required: SQL query-writing and data extraction
Preferred but not required: Accounting knowledge and experience with NetSuite
Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, curiosity, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
