About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide hands-on injecting care 1–2 days per week
  • Review provider-level data and KPIs to identify coaching and training opportunities
  • Build personalized provider development plans
  • Coach providers across all Annie Aesthetic clinic locations
  • Design and manage a scalable provider education and training process
  • Partner with clinic teams to reinforce clinical excellence, practical application, and clinic performance
  • Build a connected provider community across locations, brands, and geographies
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices, case studies, and lessons learned
  • Identify and amplify high-performing providers’ strengths
  • Support provider engagement, retention, and career development
  • Build and own a structured new-provider ramping pathway
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on provider recruiting and candidate evaluations
  • Report directly to the COO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years as a medical aesthetics provider
  • Hands-on injecting experience
  • NP or PA required
  • Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, treatment planning, consultation dynamics, and client experience
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, training, or mentoring other providers
  • Comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities and build personalized development plans
  • Ability to give direct, kind, actionable feedback across all provider skill levels
  • Strong project management instincts
  • Ability to coordinate trainings across many clinics, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Builder mindset with the ability to create structure, community, and shared standards
  • Willingness to travel regularly; travel is expected roughly 50% of the time
