About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and elevate providers across the Annie Aesthetic platform
- Inject 1–2 days per week while maintaining an active clinical practice
- Review provider-level data and KPIs to identify coaching and training opportunities
- Translate data into actionable development plans
- Build personalized development plans based on experience, performance data, and observed opportunities
- Coach providers across all Annie Aesthetic clinic locations
- Design and manage a scalable provider education and training process
- Partner with clinic teams to reinforce clinical excellence, practical application, and clinic performance
- Build a connected provider community across locations, brands, and geographies
- Facilitate sharing of best practices, case studies, and lessons learned
- Identify and amplify high-performing providers across the organization
- Support provider engagement, retention, and career development
- Build and own a structured new-provider ramping pathway, including shadowing, mentorship, trainings, and milestones
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on provider recruiting and candidate evaluations
- Report directly to the COO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years as a medical aesthetics provider
- NP or PA required
- Hands-on injecting experience
- Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, treatment planning, consultation dynamics, and client experience
- Demonstrated experience coaching, training, or mentoring other providers
- Comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities and build practical, personalized development plans
- Ability to give direct, kind, actionable feedback across all provider skill levels
- Strong project management instincts; able to coordinate trainings across many clinics, vendors, and stakeholders
- Builder mindset, with the ability to create structure, community, and shared standards where they do not yet exist
- Comfortable traveling regularly to Annie clinic locations; travel expected roughly 50% of the time
