About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review provider-level data and KPIs to identify coaching and training opportunities
Build personalized provider development plans
Coach providers across all Annie Aesthetic clinic locations
Design and manage a scalable provider education and training process
Partner with clinic teams to reinforce clinical excellence, practical application, and clinic performance
Build a connected provider community across locations, brands, and geographies
Facilitate best-practice, case-study, and lessons-learned sharing
Identify high-performing providers and amplify their strengths
Support provider engagement, retention, and career development
Maintain an active injecting practice 1–2 days per week
Build and own a structured new-provider ramping pathway
Partner with Talent Acquisition on provider recruiting and candidate evaluations
Report directly to the COO

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years as a medical aesthetics provider
NP or PA required
Hands-on injecting experience
Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, treatment planning, consultation dynamics, and client experience
Demonstrated experience coaching, training, or mentoring other providers
Comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities and build practical, personalized development plans
Ability to give direct, kind, actionable feedback across all provider skill levels
Strong project management instincts; able to coordinate trainings across many clinics, vendors, and stakeholders
Builder mindset, with ability to create structure, community, and shared standards
Comfortable traveling regularly; travel expected roughly 50% of the time
