About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an Anomali Platform power user and help customers achieve success with the technology
  • Own and drive the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding through full production maturity
  • Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analyst-, director-, and CISO-level stakeholders
  • Translate technical usage into business value and security outcomes
  • Identify expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships, surfacing them to CSM/AE partners
  • Address customer technical requests and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Provide advice, guidance, and technical know-how to support usage and adoption
  • Manage customer expectations while holding customers accountable
  • Act as the customer advocate and internal champion
  • Promote customer advocacy
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage with Onboarding Engineers to ensure smooth transitions
  • Engage with Technical Support to ensure speedy issue resolution
  • Engage with Engineering to resolve customer-reported issues
  • Partner with Sales to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Engage with Product Management to promote customer feature requests
  • Monitor usage, create custom dashboards, recommend best practices, prove ROI and value, and build reference accounts
  • Provide feedback and insight to internal technical teams regarding emerging needs, continuous improvement, and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional 3 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership at Director/VP/CISO level
  • Experience running QBRs/EBRs connecting technical adoption to business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company with cybersecurity technologies and architectures including SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls and logs
  • Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intel
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization
  • Strong grasp of general networking concepts
  • Proficiency with various operating systems and relevant network and identity log telemetry
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as a lead and team player
  • Ability to influence at the senior executive level
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-tempo operation
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and Jira
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship to work in the US
