About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Drive succession planning and career development initiatives
Oversee the product line P&L, financial targets, profitability, margins, and return on sales
Develop and execute comprehensive product line strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead mergers and acquisitions initiatives, including due diligence and integration planning
Drive modular datacenter infrastructure product portfolio expansion and market share leadership
Conduct robust R&D focused on product market leadership
Establish the company as a market subject matter expert
Work across Flex business units to position the company as a leader in the modular datacenter infrastructure space

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of management experience
Electrical product experience
Proven track record in P&L management and strategic planning
Strong understanding of market dynamics, M&A processes, and industry standards (NEMA/IEC)
Experience in sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies
Direct leadership experience, communication, and interpersonal skills
Hyperscale and Colocation market knowledge preferred
