Key responsibilities & impact

Build a filing platform that scales to every return in the world, with most filings fully automated and zero human touches
Put AI at the center of filing with agents that write filing automations, catch problems before filing periods open, and repair them automatically
Enable international sellers to remit from local bank accounts in local currency
Own money movement end to end, from collecting seller funds to landing payments at tax authorities across currencies, banking partners, and jurisdictions
Build tools for the in-house TaxOps team to support more jurisdictions with less effort
Create a returns experience sellers trust, with every filing on time and accurate
Drive cost per filing, 100% on-time filings, and fewer amendments
Identify future opportunities, including whether Anrok's filing engine should become a standalone platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of product management experience
2+ years building B2B products
Experience in payments, fintech, money movement, or high-volume operational systems
Systems thinking and ability to design for 100x scale
Comfort going deep technically alongside engineers building automation infrastructure
High standards where mistakes cost customers money
Strong product and business instincts with a GM mindset
Clear, concise verbal and written communication
Strong cross-functional work with TaxOps, finance, sales, support, and leadership
Proactively identify what is needed to make the product and team successful and lead the supporting plan
Experience experimenting with AI and building something with it that can be explained
Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Ability to commute to the office three days per week if based in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, or New York City
