About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client success and growth for key agency accounts
  • Own the partnership between Ansira and managed clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams responsible for account planning and delivery
  • Manage client relationships for accounts delivering $1–$2M annually
  • Achieve revenue goals and coordinate opportunity activities and initiatives
  • Identify and manage the sales cycle for growth opportunities across accounts
  • Manage account forecasting, scoping, billing, and revenue recognition
  • Understand clients’ businesses, industries, competitive positions, and the impact of Ansira’s work
  • Identify, document, and promote client goals across teams
  • Report how agency work meets and exceeds goals
  • Participate in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessions
  • Leverage knowledge of agency competencies to support clients’ digital transformation agendas
  • Identify and escalate project and ongoing-work risks to the Client Partnership leadership team
  • Assist with marketing proposals and internal and external presentation decks
  • Support billing procedures, track budget variances, close gaps, and manage accounts receivable for past-due accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience working with client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Prior advertising/marketing-related experience with digital, email, and/or database marketing is highly preferred
  • Experience and familiarity working on digital, tech savvy, and data-driven accounts
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and advertising
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Fast-paced, multi-tasking, assertive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and resolution-focused
  • Ability to work well under stress of short turn-around deadlines
  • Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management, fellow team members, and internal clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
