About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive campaign execution for Blackboard’s new-logo pipeline in the Business & Government market
  • Translate GTM positioning and segment strategy into integrated, multi-channel demand-generation campaigns
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning and delivery from brief through launch and performance reporting
  • Execute campaigns across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and field events
  • Design and run ABM programs for target accounts
  • Support Blackboard’s visibility in AI-generated research environments and coordinate buyer-search themes
  • Build and use AI-enabled workflows for campaign analysis, audience personalization, and performance optimization
  • Coordinate regional field activations, road shows, executive dinners, and partner-hosted events tied to pipeline goals
  • Contribute to BbT, Blackboard’s flagship customer event
  • Track event attribution against pipeline sourced, influenced, and closed-won contribution
  • Own a direct pipeline contribution target and course-correct underperforming programs
  • Use intent data and buying signals to prioritize audiences and personalize outreach
  • Maintain multi-touch attribution with Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Operations
  • Flag customer expansion signals to the Customer Growth & Advocacy team
  • Collaborate on landing pages, nurture emails, one-pagers, digital ads, and field-specific assets
  • Coordinate list segmentation, lead routing, and campaign tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Align campaign messaging with Product Marketing and support sales enablement
  • Report on pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL ratios, closed-won rates, cost per opportunity, and event ROI
  • Test and optimize messaging, creative, calls to action, and audience segments
  • Present results and recommendations at weekly pipeline reviews
  • Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or a similarly complex enterprise environment
  • Proven track record building and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline contribution
  • Hands-on ABM experience, including account-level play customization and impact measurement
  • Field and event marketing ownership, including conference presence, regional programs, event budgets, and post-event results
  • Experience using AI tools and building AI-enabled workflows or automations to improve campaign efficiency
  • Data-driven approach to reviewing performance and making adjustments
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce, including lead flows, campaign tracking, and attribution
  • Experience with intent data platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
  • Experience working with paid-media agency partners and coordinating creative production
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving organization
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Sales
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain that authorization; no visa sponsorship or immigration support
  • Preferred: experience marketing to corporate or government/public sector audiences
  • Preferred: familiarity with GEO and AI-generated-answer optimization
  • Preferred: experience with AI SDR platforms or outbound sequencing tools
  • Preferred: background contributing to flagship customer events or user conferences
