About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Anthony Nolan's approach to attracting, engaging and hiring talented people
- Ensure recruitment practices are effective, inclusive, data-informed and aligned with the employer brand and organisational strategy
- Provide expert advice and challenge to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Improve the candidate experience and support high-quality hiring decisions
- Lead recruitment initiatives and develop sourcing strategies
- Analyse recruitment trends and build hiring manager capability
- Remain actively involved in key recruitment campaigns and appointments
- Work closely with the People Operations team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of job types and levels
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and talent attraction initiatives
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice, including interviewing, assessment methods and candidate experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage hiring activity and improve processes
- Experience producing and interpreting recruitment data, using insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Good understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles in recruitment and talent attraction
- Must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK
