About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer inbound calls for clients’ businesses from home
- Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients
- Handle standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls
- Complete training on each call type
- Maintain quality, accuracy, ready percentage, and after-call work-time performance
- Participate in 2 weeks of paid training
- Take live calls with ongoing support during 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development
- Work a steady, fast-paced schedule with back-to-back calls
- Choose weekly shifts according to performance tier and business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Position only available to residents physically located and working in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Dependability and punctuality for every scheduled shift
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools
- Computer and internet connection must meet system and internet requirements before starting
- Successful candidates receiving a conditional offer must undergo a background check
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday during the first 8–12 weeks after training
- Full availability for 40 hours per week during the 2-week training and 8–12-week Learning & Development period
- Ability to work within the scheduling window of 5:00 am to 8:00 pm Pacific Time
- Flexibility; specific shifts are not guaranteed
